When finished, this knife will probably have a curved, instead of oblong, guard - but I'm very pleased with how the cut-out has worked, and how it contrasts with the hammer-textured flats... |

My latest blade, with the design for the finished sgian dubh. This blade has been sculpted and engraved before being heat blued - it is sharp! (This blade has now been incorporated into an upcoming commission...) |

This handle was shaped and heat-blued in the forge. It's rough, but I was pleased with it none the less, and quite sorry it sold to a visitor straight away - I'll have to make another in this style ... |
